Hello! My name is Michael Laney. The Owner and Operator of
Managed Installations Services Group LLC. Otherwise, known as MISG.
I created this business in 2002 with a vision of bringing Skilled Professionals from around the USA and Canada to complete projects and work toward a common goal. That goal being to standardize the Gaming Industries "White Glove Service" process on a national scale. Our processes are designed to further enhance the customer experience when purchasing a gaming product ALL manufacturers and e-commerce retailers.

Hi! I'm Crystal
Officially, I'm the Operations Manager, but I'm also the Dumpster Fire Director. I have worked with MISG since 2015 and I've got to travel to some amazing places, and meet some really cool people along the way.
I enjoy working with the MISG team, and our installers to ensure the customer has a good experience. getting to know our installers is probably my favorite part. Our personal, yet professional relationships are what sets MISG apart Afterall.
During off hours, I LOVE Photography, Cooking, and going on adventures with my Dog Lucious. My husband and I also enjoy attending Music Festivals and traveling.

I enjoy being an misg project manager / billing specialist because it allows me to stay organized, solve problems creatively, and work closely with a diverse team. I like being at the center of the action—coordinating tasks, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. It’s rewarding to see a plan come together and to know that my efforts played a key role in making it happen. I also appreciate the constant learning that comes with each new project, as well as the opportunity to lead and support others in achieving shared goals.
